My vision for you

What was it like for you growing up?

Maybe you were like me. You grew up hearing words and phrases like "she's too slutty," "too easy," "too much."  So you guarded yourself from becoming one of "those girls." Or maybe talk of sex was kept eerily quiet around you with unsaid messages of "keep that sexuality down" or "be a nice girl." You flowed with the current. Off your sexual energy went into a little jar, swept underneath the basement stairway rarely to come out but bursting at the seems or maybe stuffed very far down.  

In your home were traits of femininity viewed as lesser than,  weakness, or unattractive? Did you grow up with cultural messages about pleasing men, being a "good wife" or being "marriage material" but nothing about how to actually feel pleasure or experience satisfaction for yourself? Has it left you confused, frustrated, even angry around what you really want in and out of the bedroom and how to deeply connect to your partner but you have no idea how to get there and feel too embarrassed to talk to anyone about it?

I believe most people were shamed around their sexuality when they were kids, maybe even as adults.

I believe we live in a culture that has an incredible amount of disempowering agreements around women being fully sexual and being fully in their power that come from men and other women too.

I believe that when you grow up with no role models, no women’s circle and no beautiful coming of age ceremonies to celebrate your blossoming sexuality, it's hard to identify your desires, communicate them and fully own them. 

I believe that women don't place importance equally on their feminine sides the way they do on their masculine sides, we create a society where the driving values are centered around results and production which in turn contributes to more health issues, more disfunction, and more addiction. 

Where does that leave you now?

Maybe you feel alone in your sexuality.  Maybe you see and feel how it impacts your partnership and your overall happiness.

Do you run over your feminine side just to get ahead? Do you rush through the world disassociated and disconnected from your body? Does your sexuality, this beautiful, vibrant part of your life force energy feel suppressed ? Do you feel like you don't feel whole and want to feel differently? Maybe you have turned to other places to get help around your sexuality and your relationship but nothing has worked very well, if at all.

So you are left not owning your sexuality and with a body that you have little connection with that you barely "feel." Sex is about having an orgasm and even that has become hard to obtain. A large part of your personal power, a part that many longevity experts declare is important to focus on as well all the other parts of you for overall health and happiness feels pretty crappy.

Until today...

Imagine a world where you and every single other woman walks through it connected to their sexuality and deeply empowered by it.  Where there are no expectations on how it should be or how you should be. Where you feel honored and supported in it.  Where your feminine side is nurtured and allowed and in balance with your masculine side.  Where no woman feels alone nor isolated in this area of her life.  

You feel joy. You feel freedom. You communicate your desires. Easily. You have fully owned your womanhood in a whole new way. Imagine that.

Why am I so driven to do this work? Trust me, I have tried to run away from it many times. What has always brought me back are these two reasons. 1. I believe that the way to heal the world is through embracing the feminine and bringing it back into balance with the masculine. You embrace these parts of you that I have discussed you heal the world. 2. When I remember those moments when an individual I worked with felt liberated and free in their sexuality and connected to their body in this awesome new way. I well up just remembering these moments. They are some of the most powerful ones I have ever experienced and I have found few bodies of work that compare to Reclaiming your Feminine Power and makes such an impact on ones life in such a short amount of time. It is revolutionary. It is activation. I know that sometime in the future EVERY woman will be doing this work.

I love seeing people lite up and turn on. When you get liberated, you trust yourself at a level that you might not have ever thought possible.

6. Sex will be pleasurable. That it is a process and not a goal and that you get to enjoy the process of it and become more and more in the moment of it.
7. Moving sex from duty to pleasure and from duty to choice. You will realize your desires being fulfilled is really what turns you on and makes you want to have more sex rather than thinking your role is to perform for men and feel the obligatory nature around sex with your partner.
